Getting started
- Go to Log in and continue with Google, or enter your email to get a sign-in link. Open the link in the same browser.
- The first time you sign in we create an organization for you. You’re its owner.
- You land on your organizer home, with your events, drafts and a setup checklist.
Create and publish an event
- Build event page — title, summary, description, date and time, and location: an online event (Zoom) or an in-person venue. Saving creates a draft.
- Add tickets — every event starts with a free ticket. Set its name and, if you like, a capacity.
- Publish — your event gets a public page you can share. Listed events also appear on the Ticketlume home page.
After publishing, open the event from Events to edit the page, tickets or online settings, or to cancel it.
Connect Zoom
Only organization owners can connect Zoom. One Zoom account can be connected per organization.
- Sign in to Ticketlume and go to Settings → Integrations.
- Click Connect Zoom.
- Sign in to Zoom if asked, review the permissions and click Allow.
- You return to Ticketlume and the Zoom card shows Connected with the Zoom account’s name.
Permissions we ask for
- View your user information — to show which Zoom account is connected.
- Create, view and update meetings — to set up and keep the Zoom meetings for your events in sync.
Your Zoom access tokens are encrypted and are never shown in Ticketlume or sent to your browser. See the Privacy Policy.
Using Zoom with your events
Choose Online event as the location when you build the event page. The event’s Online event page shows whether Zoom is connected.
Coming soon: creating a Zoom meeting or webinar for an event straight from Ticketlume, or linking one you already scheduled. Join links will only be shared with confirmed attendees; host and start links stay private to your team.
Removing the Zoom app
You can disconnect at any time, in either place:
- In Ticketlume: Settings → Integrations → Disconnect on the Zoom card.
- In Zoom: sign in to the Zoom App Marketplace, open Manage → Added Apps, find Ticketlume and click Remove.
When you disconnect in Ticketlume we revoke the access at Zoom and delete the stored tokens. Your events stay, but Ticketlume can no longer create or update Zoom meetings for them until you connect again.
