Terms of Use
Last updated 13 October 2026
These terms apply when you use Ticketlume to organize or attend events. By using Ticketlume you agree to them.
1. The service
Ticketlume is operated by Neeraj Nambiar. It lets organizers publish free events (online via Zoom or in person), take registrations, send event emails and record attendance. Ticketlume does not sell paid tickets or process payments.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information.
- You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method (Google account or email) secure.
- Organization owners control who is in their organization and what role each member has.
3. Organizer responsibilities
- Your events, content and communications must be lawful, accurate and not misleading.
- You are responsible for the attendee data you collect: ask only for what you need, have a lawful basis to use it, and honour attendee requests. Our Privacy Policy describes how Ticketlume processes it on your behalf.
- When you connect Zoom, your use of Zoom remains subject to Zoom’s own terms and your Zoom plan.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use Ticketlume for spam, fraud, harassment, illegal content or events that endanger people;
- access other organizations’ data, probe or bypass security controls, or overload the service (responsible security research reported to neerajnambiar58@gmail.com is welcome);
- scrape the service, resell it, or use it to build a competing product;
- upload malware or infringe others’ intellectual property or privacy.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. Third-party services
Ticketlume integrates with services such as Zoom and Google. We are not responsible for those services, their availability or changes to them. Disconnecting an integration stops Ticketlume from using it.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you add. You give Ticketlume permission to host, display and process it only as needed to provide the service (for example, showing your public event page). Ticketlume, its software and branding remain ours.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep Ticketlume available and secure, but the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change or discontinue features; we will give reasonable notice of significant changes.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ticketlume is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or data, or for events organized using the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using Ticketlume at any time and ask us to delete your account at neerajnambiar58@gmail.com. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will revise the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
